How many people do you know that exercise regularly but still are not in great shape?  Why is this? 

It’s because of their diet.  No amount of exercise can undo a poor diet.  Food is your fuel!  And the type, the quantity, and the timing of the foods you put into your mouth every day have a profound impact on your results.  You’ve probably heard it before, but nutrition is responsible for the majority of the results that you will see.  So much so, that if you had to choose between a great workout program or a great diet……..hands down I would tell you to stick to the diet!  Obviously if you want maximum results you need FITNESS and NUTRITION, but I think most people largely underestimate the power of good nutrition.
