I was craving something bad this weekend so I made this awesome healthy cookie dough made with chickpeas. Fantastic and I didn’t feel so guilty! Just put 15 oz of chickpeas, half cup peanut butter (or almond butter), 2 tablespoons honey, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract in a food processor or good blender and blend until smooth. Fold in some chocolate chips, dig in and enjoy!!!
