I get asked a lot about what I eat every day, and meal plans, and if I can make other people meal plans.  The truth is, it’s very hard to make a meal plan for someone else because we all have such different foods that we like and everyone’s needs are different.  When I started out I used the meal plans from Beachbody because they are very easy to follow and they can be customized to your calorie level, goals and you pick the foods you want from a list that they give you.  So this is where I refer people that ask me about eating plans – but I am more than happy to guide you through the process and help you choose one that is right for you.

Nonetheless, many people just want to know what I eat on a daily basis.  So here goes!!  This is my staple diet and yes it changes slightly from day to day and month to month but I don’t stray too far from these basic 5 meals.  If I am hungry at the end of the night (late night munchies are my arch enemy) I try to have snack or a small meal that I consider my Meal # 6 – but it’s not included in the videos below.
