I am far from perfect when it comes to clean eating – I do have quite the sweet tooth and love my cookies, baked goods, and bread – and I am hopelessly addicted to anything with peanut butter in it. I love searching for and trying and sharing healthy treats and recipes. Because after all, we should be able to enjoy life’s little pleasures and indulge once in a while. I believe in moderation and cheat meals and I like to say that I eat 100% clean, 80% of the time. This allows me to enjoy the foods I like in moderation and still get the results I am after.
