This is a go-to Crock-Pot recipe in our house! Simple but yummy! That’s all I have to say!
- 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 4 large bell peppers, coursely chopped
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 1 can (28 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 cup uncooked brown rice
- 1 cup water
- 1 package (about 1 ounce) taco seasoning
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp ground red pepper
Place all ingredients in the Crock Pot/Slow Cooker. Stir well to combine. Cover; cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
