Peanut Butter & Jelly Yogurt Bowl

What can I say!  Anything that resembles a PBJ sandwich and I’m in!!  Greek yogurt is the ideal base for this healthy high-protein snack.  Top it with peanut butter, grape jelly, peanuts and fresh grapes, and you have a sweet combination that will stop afternoon hunger in its tracks. (And you won’t miss the bread!)

PBJ Yogurt Bowl



  • 6 oz fat free Greek Yogurt
  • 4 tsp reduced sugar grape jelly
  • 2 tbsp red (or green) seedless grapes, cut in half
  • 1 tbsp reduced-fat peanut butter
  • 1 tsp unsalted peanuts

Place the yogurt in a bowl. Top with jelly, then peanut butter. Sprinkle peanuts and grapes and grab a spoon!
