S’mores Shakeology

What do you do when you get hungry at home?
Smores-Shakeology-MarshmallowI probably shouldn’t admit to this but sometimes I make what I call a “S’more in my Mouth.”  I grab a handful of chocolate chips, a handful of mini marshmallows, and a piece of a graham cracker……..and I shove them all in my mouth at once. Voila! A S’more in your mouth! Sounds great doesn’t it?
As tasty as it seems, it’s not such a good idea because it doesn’t really satisfy your craving and you just end up doing it more than once. Trust me I’ve been there (600 calories later). That little concoction of chocolate and sugar packs more calories than you would like to guess!
So, I am here to tell you I have an alternative! Introducing the S’MORES Shakeology! A healthy alternative that tastes just as good and will actually fill you up and take that craving away!

S’mores Shakeology


1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology (or use vanilla with a tbsp of cocoa powder)
2 tsp. ground whole wheat graham cracker crumbs, divided use
1 cup ice

1. Place almond milk, extract, Shakeology, 1 tsp. graham cracker crumbs, and ice in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
2. Pour into a serving glass and garnish with remaining 1 tsp. graham cracker crumbs; serve immediately.
