Power Granola

This is what I eat every single morning for breakfast and I never get tired of it!  This high protein granola/oatmeal is flavored with cinnamon, filled with cancer-fighting nuts and seeds, and tastes delicious with almond milk and topped off with blueberries or blackberries.

Power Granola

  • 1/3 cup quick oats
  • 1 scoop whey isolate protein powder
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 6 almonds (1 tbsp slivered almonds)
  • 1 tbsp raisins
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 1 dash cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup blueberries or blackberries (frozen is fine too)

  • Mix it all together in a bowl and eat it!  You can heat it up in the microwave or on the stovetop if you like it warm but I usually just eat it cold.  It tastes more like granola when it’s cold!
