Every once in a while, I admit, I feel like one of those sugary, creamy coffee drinks from Starbucks. So I made my own healthy version for breakfast and threw in a scoop of Shakeology for the added protein, superfoods, and energy! The perfect breakfast – especially if you’re running out the door! Tasted awesome too!
- 1 cup cold coffee
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp caramel extract
- 1 scoop vanilla Shakeology
- about 10 ice cubes (or to desired thickness)
Blend in a blender and enjoy!!!
