Chocolate Peanut Butter Shakeology Ice Cream

Did you know that July is National Ice Cream Month?  Yup!  In 1984, President Ronald Reagan designated July as National Ice Cream Month and the third Sunday of the month as National Ice Cream Day!  So treat yourself!  This smooth, creamy combo of chocolate Shakeology, peanut butter & banana make for a healthy delicious dessert!  Trust me, this scrumptious recipe will melt in your mouth before it can melt in the sun.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Shakeology Ice Cream

(Makes 2 Servings)
Ingredients:
1 medium banana, cut into chunks
½ cup unsweetened almond milk
2 scoops Chocolate Shakeology
2 Tbsp. all-natural smooth peanut butter

1. Place banana in plastic bag; freeze for 4 hours, or until completely frozen.
2. Place almond milk, bananas, Shakeology, and peanut butter in blender (or food processor); cover. Blend until smooth.
3. Add ice to make thicker, if needed.
4. Serve immediately and top with fresh strawberries or other toppings if desired.
