CHIA PEANUT BUTTER PROTEIN BALLS
6 Dates or 4 Medjool Dates
1 scoop (25g) Protein Powder (vanilla or chocolate)
1/4 cup natural Peanut Butter
2 teaspoons Chia Seeds (ground)
What to Do:
Pulse all ingredients together in a food processor.
Roll into 10 tablespoon sized balls.
Store in refrigerator.
Note: If the mixture is a bit too dry and the balls won’t stick together, just add more peanut butter.
Simple as that!
