Instead of comparing
A lot of people are not happy with some aspect of their life. We are all guilty of sitting around and waiting for change to happen - in a job, in a relationship, in a city or town, in our health and fitness, in our goals and our dreams.............. The world is full of people who are waiting for someone to come along and motivate them to be the kind of people they wish they could be. The problem is that no one is coming to the rescue. You need to take charge of YOUR life and put the pressure on yourself instead of waiting for someone else to come along and do it for you. Nothing changes if nothing changes. Simple as that. In any given moment, including this one right now, you have the choice to step forward into growth or step back into safety. Sometimes it's tough to take that step forward because it feels like you're leaving something behind that's comfortable. But being comfortable is sometimes a dangerous place to be. Take a risk. Take a chance. Make a change in your life and find something that truly makes you happy! Sure that sounds easy right? I've been there, I know it's not always easy. Well, walking away from something that doesn't make you happy is the easy part. Finding something that makes you happy is the hard part. And you may not find it right away. In fact you'll probably fail over and over again. You will struggle. But that's part of life's adventure. That's what makes us strong. But when you finally find it, trust me it's worth it!
